PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

LATENESS:

Guest should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. There is plenty of conveniently close FREE parking. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be canceled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours' notice.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants gyms and bars in the Larkfield Shopping Center if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

MICROBLADING DEPOSITS:

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card or Venmo account provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance in full will be due at the time of your appointment.

MICROBLADING TOUCH-UPS:

Your Perfection Session is included as long as completed within 6-8 weeks from initial appointment. Perfection Sessions are typically booked during your first visit. This perfection session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with darker pigmented skin and people who do not follow aftercare instructions properly.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:

Priority booking will always be given to our return clients over new clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch-up, simply call 1-707-477-3277.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you text (707-477-3277) me clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

GRATUITIES

A 10%-20% GRATUITY IS COMMON FOR BEAUTY AND COSMETIC SERVICES, AND WHILE NOT REQUIRED, IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS:

Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than the desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

Our facility is licensed by the state of California as a body art facility and therefore NO ONE under the age of 18 is allowed.
